Windows 7: lost top screen task bar

lost top screen task bar

Just tonight my top taskbar at the top of screen just disappeared of the screen.....the one with the pics icon, icons I use daily, recycle bin.....not the main taskbar at the bottom of the screen....how do I get it back?

If you mean in the browser, Right click near the 'Home' icon at top right, select the toolbar u wish to use... if you are talking about a dock,...which do you use?

Yes!!!!!!!! I have a Dell and now I know it is called a Dell Dock..thank you guys for all your help..this link helped me download a new one....I love my Dell Dock..thank you both so much
