I used the msstyles that you had in the zip folder you posted and all I did was make the 2 fill color changes there was no custom images in that msstyles that came with that zip folder that I can see, if you have a msstyles with custom images in it posted and I will change those 2 fill colors again.
There is no free alternative to Windows Style Builder or matter of fact there is no alternative to it at all. If you're going to do any kind of theming it's the best tool you could have it is only about $23 US.

I can't upload my .rar to Deviant Art. It says this file is not available for hat section, or whatever. How would I go at uploading my 2 preview pics and the RAR? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP-Pavillion a6000 case, Hp Pavillion dv5000 NoteBook OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OS CPU Pentium D 3gh Desktop, 1.86gh t1350 Notebook Motherboard Asus P5ld2-vm Memory 4 gb DDR2 Graphics Card ATI Radeon Hd 4670 Sound Card Realtek-HD audio Monitor(s) Displays H-P vp17'', Hp 15" Notebook. Will do that tomorrow. But I thought of an idea that makes me an idiot for not thinking it up already. I converted the Wallpapers to Jpegs. I'll upload it to a new thread, it's only 4.9mb so it won't kill my phone. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP-Pavillion a6000 case, Hp Pavillion dv5000 NoteBook OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OS CPU Pentium D 3gh Desktop, 1.86gh t1350 Notebook Motherboard Asus P5ld2-vm Memory 4 gb DDR2 Graphics Card ATI Radeon Hd 4670 Sound Card Realtek-HD audio Monitor(s) Displays H-P vp17'', Hp 15" Notebook.
