Open items in recycle bin without restoring

I am trying to find a way to open files directly from the recycle bin, as if it
were a normal folder. As it currently stands attempting to open a file simply
gives a property page.

I realize you can just restore the file but I am not wanting to do that. I am
hoping for a registry setting that can be changed.
