How to customize the color of window title bar?
I just bought a new PC and it's been a long time since I last installed and set up Windows 7.
One of the things I have done many times was to change the way the windows menu bar was presented. There is an option that allows you to specify it as a single solid color and another that specifies it can be a dark blue at the left but gradually transform itself to a light blue at the right end.
This option enabled me to change many of the features of windows including the size and color of various controls such as sliders and text and other controls.
I can't for the life of me find it. I've tried searching the Help System using "windows title bar" and other variations.
Can anyone please help me find where this option is?

Thank you so very much. You were correct.
To change the appearance of windows title bars, you bring up the "Personalize" window and then select "Window Color" and then bring up the "Window Color and Appearance menu". I can't remember how I did this in XP but I suppose it doesn't matter.
Thanks again and I'm marking this thread "Solved"!
