how to change the Recorded TV icon in Windows 7 Start Menu

    can you do me a favor and put a picture up of your entry in the registry for it so i can compare and make sure im doing it right??

    Mine isn't quite the same as I have the start menu entries doc/music/picts/rec tv opening to my user folders on another drive rather than libraries so mine takes its icon from that folder - Start Menu User Folder Buttons - Open to Users Instead of Libraries

    If I'm honest its that long ago I did it this way I just cant remember and dont have a default key to test it on.
    This is mine but like I said I mover the locations to my "D" drive

    The other option is to change the recorded tv library icon in the imageres folder and do it that way

    Hey Danny i know this post is old news now but just thought i would mention i finally changed the Recorded TV Icon in the start menu!

    i upgraded to a new version of Microangelo On Display and that finally let me right click the icon and change it!
