Hide scroll bars

Hello, everyone!

I'm running W7 Home Premium x64, but find that Scroll Bars are a bit annoying nowadays since there's millions of way to scroll so I'd like to hide them. Is there a way to do so or is it almost impossible? I've Googled it, but no luck so far =(

Thanks in advance

Completely hide title bars?
Is it possible? I find them to be fairly useless. Ideally, the title bars would only appear when holding the WIN key, but I doubt that's possible. Is there some trick I can use to rid myself of titlebars across all windows? I've seen Firefox popups without them, so it has to be possible on some...
