Add Mac's ctrl click to Win7?

Hey,
I was wondering if you can add Mac's ctrl click feature
(Which acts as a regular right click) to win7 by registry, software whatever
(Registry would be ideal)

I have a Synaptics Pointing Device driver if that helps, additional specs in profile.

I don't think so, since Ctrl+Click is already used in Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts. Shift+F10 keys can often be used as an alternative to a right click.

Hmm, well thanks for the info, didn't know it was already used.
I'll look for some third party software but for now I'll mark this as solved.

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad W530. Got it about three months ago, with Windows 7 Pro-64 installed. My issue is that the keyboard shortcut to Run As Administrator doesn't work, whether I use Ctrl-Shift-Click or Ctrl-Shift-Enter (where appropriate). Instead, the program just opens normally, with no...

My Ctrl key function became a left mouse click

When holding ctrl - left click'n'hold is sometimes "sticky"...

What happened to Ctrl|Click in Win7?
In previous versions (at least up to XP) if I was in an explorer window, if I held the Ctrl key down while clicking on a folder, file, up or back arrow, etc. a new window would open, displaying whatever I clicked on. This made it very easy to show two windows of the same folder, or a folder and...
