    small avatar on logon windows

    Hi Guys,

I have a netbook lenovo s10 and I found that my logon avatar is shrink or small and I have seen in others screenshots that this avatar is big like the picture I post here, can I change so my logon display a bigger avatar ?

    Thanks

The netbook is the limiting factor - since he screen resolution is smaller than standard, Windows is trying to be helpful by making it smaller.

    Activate "hidden" Administrator account.
    Log out.
    Log in as Administrator.
    Set lower resolution.
    Log out.
    Log in as self.
    Reset resolution to desired level.
    Disable Administrator account.

    Boot to test.

Gurus - this trick worked on my setup and also for a new member posting the same request.

What is the limiting factor on the netbook? A graphics chip capable of a single resolution?

Or else locked (via BIOS / OS) to only *allow* a single resolution...
