Windows 7: Can anyone make a cool looking button for win7?

im using aves vista style builder to make a new theme, i already changed a few things, but i need to make a button for it can anyone make me a 12px by 22 px button image?
thank you so much to whoever can do it, it needs to be

12x22px,

a need a picture for the normal mode(what it looks like when your on the active window)

a hot mode (what it looks like when you mouse over it)



a pressed mode (what it looks like when your clicking on it)

and a defaulted mode (what it looks like when its the default button)
