    Black Border around Wallpaper

I am a multiple monitor user, and I am noticing an annoying black border around the wallpaper on my secondary monitor.

(The Taskbar is a DisplayFusion Copy, see the borders around the wallpaper?)

I'd like to know how to eliminate these borders around my wallpaper. The wallpaper is set to Fill.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums

Are you using an individual picture for each monitor or are you spanning two monitors with one picture?

Are your wallpapers the same resolution as your monitors?

I see you mentioned DisplayFusion have you checked the settings with it to see if there is something to change?

I do not use DisplayFusion for the wallpaper, I am still using MS themes. I have one picture that displays on each monitor, fill setting, and changes every 15 mins.

    See the sceenshot below:

What size are the images, are they the same size as the resolution on the monitors?

I forget, where is the directory for user-installed themes?
Ex: If I downloaded a theme from the Windows Live Gallery, where would it install the files to when I click on it?

UPDATE: My current theme can be seen here, or directly downloaded here.

I hooked up my external monitor and did some testing and I cannot reproduce what you have. I have the same resolution set up as you.

On your Elo Touchscreen do you have any settings that will let you adjust the width or height?
Do you have a another monitor you could try and see if you get the same results?
Do you have the Orientation set to landscape?

Here's my screenshot of Screen Resolution:

I have another monitor, it is much bigger than the touchscreen, and it produces the same results when the resolution is set to 1024x768. If it set to default 1600x900, it displays fine.
