Imageres.dll needed

Hi, i recently installed a 3rd party themes and i got a problem when i uninstalled it.The themes change the icon and now the icon is corrupted (split).Anyone have the original imageres.dll so that i can change them into default?(I got no repair disc so now repair install for me).Im using Windows 7 32bit
