Customizing windows + L for lock/unlock

Hi,

I am having a tough time with windows 7 lock/unlock facility. Several steps I need to follow for it
1. I use Windows + L key to lock my system.
2. Then its asks "Alt + Ctrl + Delete" key to press for unlock.
3. Then I will have to click on Administrator icon.
4. Screen comes for password.

With Windows XP, it was just one step - press Windows + L, gets locked and the password screen comes for unlock.

Can I customize my Windows 7 like that?
I am using Windows 7 professional.

Thanks
