    about Samurize,

used it in xp, adn i must say, it IS a cool app. You can (the name says it) litterally slash up your desktop, and rearange it the way u want. Totally different approch from 'gadgets', where you have these little pre-made apps that form an ensemble, with samurize you start with a clean slate and you can build your own buttons and switches and monitors,...and make them look like anything you want.

You can build anything from nothing with this. Haven't tried it in 7 yet, though. Maybe someone who has can tell me if it's still meeting up with it's reputation ?
Yes, it look awesome. Unfortunately, however, I was not able to run it as it was not compatible with 7-surprising, but that is the error which I encountered when trying to install it after having downloaded the v1.6.43 program from Samurize.

you know I was getting the same error when trying to install, it would say only for XP and 2003, then a window would come up asking if you want to reinstall or quit. I finally hit re-install and it worked...it installed and works great.
