Minimize, Maximize, Close Colors

I've been wondering how to change the colors of the minimize, maximize and close button colors, if that's even possible, but there has to be a way. And I was also wondering how to change the font color of a program, since I saw someone on a video tutorial accomplish it, and I never figured how I could do it. Can anybody help me with this?

You need to purchase Ave's Windows7 Style Builder it is only about $22.50 US and start learning how to make a theme.
