Windows 7: Change new window opening cascade offset

Change new window opening cascade offset

I'd really like my new windows to open directly below the previous windows, rather than below and to the right (cascaded).

I'm hoping it would be as easy as a registry value somewhere that says how many pixels to the right to open the next window and then I could set it to 0, so that the windows just keep opening below the last one.

Any help is greatly appreciated (I need it for my workflow).
