Whoa.. You can drag and drop notification area icons

I've just noticed (by accident) that you can drag and drop notification area icons (program and system) to reorder them according to one's wishes.

Has anyone noticed that feature before?

This is cool. I did not know any of this. There is one program icon that no matter how many times I tell it to show all the time, it does for a moment or two and then hides on me.

Is it shy?
