stop Windows Explorer expanding library and <username>

Hi, I added

%windir%\explorer.exe /e,::{20d04fe0-3aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d}

as my 'target' parameter to Windows Explorer properties so as to open 'My Computer' when first initiated.

It does this when i first open it, however it also decided to expand the Libraries folder at times, and sometimes it has my <username> folder expanded. I don't want that. I guess it remembers what I had last opened. I just want 'My Computer' expanded and the rest collapsed.

How do i set it up so?

Thanks,
V
