Nice one Kado!
Good tut, only a few things he does can be done way easier:

To center something, hit V to select the move tool, hit Ctrl + A to select everything, then click both these and hit Ctrl + D to deselect.

To change the space between letters, go to Window, select Characters to get a menu on the right, and play with this one until you get what you like. This way you can adjust everything more precise.

Aligning something can easily be done by dragging a bar from the ruler towards the place you want to align something to.


..But I guess that most of those things can be done multiple ways and he just did it the way he's used to

Actually I used both of those. The first to centre as described before moving the text up a bit with the arrow keys. The character dialogue I used to adjust the line spacing, which was too wide originally. I didn't think the character spacing needed changing in mine.
