That looks good Nommy, maybe try a different font and you may get what you want.

Adding some bulge to the "W7" with a sharp drop shadow may help as well, nice work on it. Bulge helped this text look magnified.

Try messing about with the resolution a bit, you'll be surprised at the results you get (don't worry about large file size, I'm sure your PC can handle it) ... here's a really quick rendition of what I'm on about

It makes a surprising difference. I thought 300dpi was a good resolution.

It makes sense when you think about it. A bevel is probably pixel based so having more pixels to play with gives finer control.

I finally had some time to get to it, this is the result
I ended up in choosing an entirely different font, as changing the DPI didn't seem to work, but I like this one better anyway.
