Those types of changes generally require some modification to the Registry. If you are uncomfortable using the guide, you may not want to change Registry settings. Something as simple as a wrong keystroke can keep your computer from working............it's that serious. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4.5GHz Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z77 Memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4) @1866MHz Graphics Card Intel HD4000 Sound Card Onboard Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell S2309W Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Max Nighthawk X8 Mechanical keyboard Mouse Logitech MX 500 Wired PSU Seasonic X750 80+ Gold Full Modular Case Antec Eleven Hundred Super Mid Tower Cooling Intel Liquid Cooler Hard Drives Samsung 830 128GB SSD - OS

As mention previously download Boot changer from here Coder for Life - Project - Windows 7 Boot Updater
then pop over to deviantART: where ART meets application! and search boot screen, find the one you wish to use and simply import it to Boot changer and apply very simple.
Just remember to select the folder you save the file in and not the actual file it's self!!
Examples:
1. Boot Screen by tchiro on deviantART
2. Browsing deviantART
This is the one I used to use before installing Windows 8 Judian's deviantART Gallery | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Win7 64bit Ult CPU Intel Q8200 Skt 775 Motherboard Asus Memory 8gb Corsair DDR3 @ 1333mhz Graphics Card Nvidia 9500gt 1gb Sound Card Onboard Monitor(s) Displays Acer Daul 22" Screen Resolution 1600 * 900 Keyboard Microsoft Media Mouse Rat 9 PSU 1000w Case Icute jet terbine Cooling Air Cooled mainly Zalmans Hard Drives O/S 500gb 3x 1tb bkups Internet Speed Talk Talk upto 10mb |

The one I downloaded was a .bs7 extension and I had to choose Load Boot Skin to make it work. I selected the file though, not the folder. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built Desktop By DataTech OS Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1 CPU Intel i5-2550K, Differing ~4.4-4.8GHz No built in GPU Motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz 4x4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old, beat-up Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Gigabyte m6900 wired PSU Corsair HX650W Case Inwin Dragon Rider Cooling Hyper 212 EVO w/two Noctua fans, push-pull, @1300 RPM Hard Drives Crucial M4 128GB for OS, 750GB Seagate MomentusXT for data, 500GB Seagate Constellation for storage Internet Speed 8-19 Mbs down, 3-4 Mbs up Comcast Cable Antivirus Norton Internet Security Browser IE 9, Opera when needed Other Info 4 case fans, LG BluRay-RE, ASUS DVD-RW, Mr. Fusion power generator with flux capacitor, 1.21 gigawatts. |

Yeah sorry I should had been more clear on that, if it is a boot file just import it by selecting the file it self. If it is 105 little 200x200 pixel pictures you have to select the folder and the programme will create a boot file. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Win7 64bit Ult CPU Intel Q8200 Skt 775 Motherboard Asus Memory 8gb Corsair DDR3 @ 1333mhz Graphics Card Nvidia 9500gt 1gb Sound Card Onboard Monitor(s) Displays Acer Daul 22" Screen Resolution 1600 * 900 Keyboard Microsoft Media Mouse Rat 9 PSU 1000w Case Icute jet terbine Cooling Air Cooled mainly Zalmans Hard Drives O/S 500gb 3x 1tb bkups Internet Speed Talk Talk upto 10mb |
