Windows 7: Desktop Icons with different sizes

Do you know a way how to display desktop icons in different sizes, so that one can set visual priority.
I would like to have my trash bin 4 times bigger than all other icons on desktop.
but would like to resize some of the others.



To me having different icon size is very intuitive.

Fences and similar i tested, but there are to many clicks involved.

But maybe still the trick is to use a window in size of desk -taskbar with z-order 1.
So that it just behind all other windows.
Then grab all icons from desktop and draw on same position.
Trigger for going into icon edit mode could be holding left mouse button for some time.
