    Quick Question

I'm using Corel Home and Student X6. When I make say a sig and paste it to W7 Forums it has a background. I can paste the same file in a cdr or cpt file with out the background. What is it I don't understand?

Save the image as a .png or .gif and upload, not pastes.

By using Corel Photo Paint you can transfer your sig from Corel Draw to Paint.
See where no background is checked/ save/ and try uploading your sig again.

    Crap

I hate it when I am so dense.

When I try to export from paint, I get this message.

You will get that pal, its because the image gets flattened. Best thing to do is save it as a .cpt file first (this will preserve all the layers) then save it to .png

If you export it from CorelDraw make sure you tick the "transparency" box (see below) when exporting to .png also do not exceed the allowed dimensions otherwise your control panel will resize the image and you will get a white block around your sig

doing good signatures takes a special skill which archie has. There is not so much room in a sig which is why i stick to walls.
