How to increase Photoshop's GUI font/buttons size

Hi, I installed Photoshop CS6 and Microsoft Office 2007 in a new 1920x1080 laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. When I opened either Office or PS the GUI was too small, forcing my eyesight to the uncomfortable zone. I played around with the steps outlined HERE and now the Office GUI increased in size but Photoshop CS6 was unaltered (menu fonts and buttons too small). Within Photoshop I can go to Edit/Preferences/Interface/UI Text Options/UI Font Size set to LARGE but it makes no difference. Any suggestions? Thanks
