Crashing Clock / Bugging

Hi,

I have a windows7 Ultimate 64 bit (with latest updates) and i have one wierd problem , its the clock.
So its like this....

Once i started my pc , and it didnt turned on(the windows wasnt starting-only black screen showin) , then i turned off the pc.
Again i started the pc and evrything was okay...windows was starting , and then suddenly the clock went on 01.01.2007 (00:01)h by it self..

By this i opened CHROME and google was terminated./blocked.
But i fixed the clock problem by doing UPDATEING the Time Zone .. and evrything was alright..
But this is not the end .. evry 2nd day this problem is showing up(with the clock/time) and it cant stop reviewing the time on 01.01.2007 (00:01)h :S

Any solutions ?

Are you using a desktop or a laptop?

To me it sounds like you're motherboard battery is dead or almost dead(CMOS battery)

Try replacing the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

Does the CMOS battery on the motherboard is the only reason for the CLOCK problem ?

It's hard to say, but it's a good place to start. A bad battery can be one of the symptoms you are having.
