    LWin = left Windows key

    It’s an AutoHotkey hotkey.

    you could create a shortcut key for yourself,
    by opening task manager right clicking the task manager icon on the taskbar select properties ,
    in the properties window
    click in the shortcut key field and select a key of your choice, T for example,
    this will then make the field fill with CTRL+ALT+T
    you could use Z which keeps all the keys together so its easier on the fingers to activate it.

    Good solution boohbah, i used that until I got accustomed to Right Click > Start Task Manager.
