    Horrid Blue HowTo get rid of it?

    hi guys, i'm on 7RTMx64, started trying to customize it. I love dark/grey themes, so I changed all the available options in "Personalize". But my apps aka firefox, abiword totalcommander, for example retain a horrible light blue tint on the toolbars and body of the app. Also I can`t find where to change the color off selected itemes, progress bars, etc. Ive downloaded a lot of "black" or "grey themes, but they don´t change all that.

    Please some help here I don't know what to do

    That is because, those colours are decided by Firefox, to change them you will need to change your Firefox theme.

    Mr Grim, dont think so. Total Commander, AbiWord, WinRar, other apps are the same. In Vista I had the same issue, but I found some visual style that changed it. That light blue I think is system wide color for vista and 7. Now I´m using a theme that includes a visual style that corrects it, but I dont like the theme very much. All the themes I have found till now are only variations of aero. None are better than the original one tweaked by me. But all those themes have that light blue. When you use a blue theme its ok, but I like my themes more grayish because I use very "strong" backgrounds.
    The idea would be a visual style that has sort of XP colors, gray/silver or like MS Office black theme.
    Ideas?
    BTW: thanks for answering and caring :)

    skyli, I know the theme. I don't like it very much. And even if I did, it's for FF only. I need some visual style that changes the global win7 color ...

    Try this UI:
    Personalization->Windows Color->Advanced Appearance Settings->
    Active Title Bar/Inactive Title Bar

    Arathranar, I already tried that, both on aero and on basic. It does not have any effect. On windows classic yes, but who wants that. I want aero but in aero you can mod the color off the borders, etc, but I can find no place to mod app window color, app toolbars, etc.
    Must be with some visual style but I dont know how
