Once Image ready has opened an animated gif ... I switch to the Photoshop editor.

In CS3 or CS4 .. To open an animated gif and get the frames ... You will have to Import it as a Movie.

If you have a 64 bit system ..
You will have to run Photoshop from the x86 folder .. To be able to Import a movie.

My OS is home premium 32 bit, so the last step is not applicable for me :)
