Arc, make sure you are pasting the tinypic IMG link where you see it in this snip image, not underneath where I left it blank.

    Thanks, friends !!
I've done exactly what you are suggesting, but perhaps the problem is with the image itself I have to remake it !!
Thanks for your support, friends :)

    Don't mean to interefere but:
I was intrigued by this so I downloaded the png, opened it in my Photoshop Elements 6, saved the file to a gif with a transparent background and it workrd full size fine with no white border. I tried it as my sig but I am restricted to 600 x 100 px so the forum software reduced it proportionately.
here's the gif file if you want it:

Hi Mitchell ! Why are you saying this way ... you know I respect your knowledge, experience and efficiency ! Your computing experience is huge compared with me , and that's why what you did easily that I couldn't manage at all
But the allowed sig size is 600*200 , why are you restricted ?

Look !! It is really without any white border

I think the allowed size starts at 600x100 and increases with rank to 600x200.

    Looks good! Nice teamwork there.

derekimo is perfectly correct, I must wait for more of those pale green thingys to get the full 200 px height. The reason you were getting the white border is that you used a jpg and jpg's do not support the alpha channel that gives the transparent background. Plus a gif makes a much smaller file taking less time to upload. You can always check the background of a sig as by going into User CP and editing the frum skin to black.
P.S. I must get round to trying a sig for myself although I have no knowledge or talent for graphic design at ll. I might try to get someone to do one for me but i lways think that it is a bit of a cheek to do that. It does seem though that some members enjoy making sigs for others. What a good, friendly place we have on this Forum. If only the politicians of the world could build he same relationships that we do here the world would be a much, much better place.
