I reckon that Noyb will be able to sort this one out and really give you the killa sig that your looking for, but I also reckon that some of the others will have some cool ideas and come up with some great alternatives/suggestions :)

is it best to save the png files interlaced or non-interlaced (or does it not matter?)

Close..but still the "t" needs to be lower case and 33s not EEs. What I like most about my current sig is the way TheBull made "tw33k" spread out and behind the pics. Does that make sense? Also, his background looks good, not just 1 colour.
