Changing Logon Screen button color

How can I change the color of the frame around my user picture, and the color of the "Logon" button? It's really important for the custom theme i'm making. Trying to get the color a yellow that's slightly orangy. Thanks!

Thanks, Bongo. What should I do to open of those files? Should I use resource hacker?
Edit: I found the file for the log on button with the arrow, and the frame, using resource hacker. I still need to find the rectangular "log on" button.

Is there anyway you could take a picture of the rectangle logon button a I'm not sure if I've ever seen one, and how do you get to it to see it.
