Can the address bar always show the address?

Is there a way for the address bar to always show the address bar? The address bar normally looks like this.

When you click on the address bar, it will show the address like this:

Is it possible for the address bar to always show the address like it does in the second picture?

Classic Shell has a setting for that - "Disable breadcrumbs".

clikcing the dropdown arrow at the end of the bar will show the address, it wont show permanently but will at least show it.
i personally find the breadcrumbs useful as i can go straight to the root folder in one click than going back button several times if there are a few subfolders.
