Change Recycling Bin menu icon

Does anyone know the dll for this particular icon? Its highlighted in red.



Its the Recycling Bin menu icon, I'm trying to change it to the old school Recycling Bin icon. Anyone know the dll responsible?

That specific icon for the "Empty Recycle Bin" context menu is located in the registry location below.
