Windows reverts back to default setting
It seems that Windows has a mind of its own. There are two things I change on Windows but in a few days it goes back to the default settings. I do not like any system sound on my computer. It annoys me whenever I click on something I get the "beep". So I go into settings and change it to "NO Sound." It's OK for a couple of day but then it reverts back to where it was. I know that I can mute the sound on the volume control, but I shouldn't have to do that because there are times I want to listen to something on youtube or some such thing. Another thing is the mouse pointer, I like it to be black so that I can see it better. I go to the settings and change it to black but in a few days, it goes back to the way it was. This always happened on Windows 7 or Win8. Does anyone know of a way to correct this?
