Timers or Alarms in Windows 7?

Are there any timers or alarm clocks in Windows 7? Just that I'd be a really useful thing to have.

There are a lot of gadgets that will do this, but I dont think there are any native ones..

Old Timers got me again. There is a link in this forum to a file that cleans all the "ghosts" out of the device manager. I dld it and put the exe in sys 32 so it would be in the path. Now I can't remember the name. Can someone refresh my memory?
