Alright, I was hoping there was some sort of tutorial I was missing here, I'll check with Microsoft and hopefully they'll give me a real answer and not just download windows 8 or somethin'

I thought that as well BUT windows alters the size when the DPI setting is changed, and XP style scaling is enabled. The icons are not pixelated and use their larger forms so something in somewhere changes the size and if the function exists there must be a way to access it
