Windows 7 - Windows 7 Full Window Transperency?

I was just wondering if you could enable full window transperency, the way the gadget window looks.

Normal Window

As far as I know...

You cannot have transparency or Full Window transparency.. in other windows..
Only the gadet Window has it.. (Now there might be a registry hack or program but I have never herd of one)

ummm i believe that is my thread.Im going in circles here...

anyways I was just wondering if you could change the color of the square that appears around icon in your taskbar

like this guy, notice the black square around his mozilla icon. I want that!

Any ideas?

Not that I know of..(There might be registry hack or program that you could use But I don't know any of them sorry

I know that you can change the Windows Border Color??
