    Add a link on the left panel at the top of the Start menu

    In Windows 7 SP1 64 bit, how do I add for all users a link on the left panel at the top of the Start menu?

    ,you can pin a program to start menu then it will show on the left.

    Yes should have a bit more detail. But the program that you want there go to it maybe as - start - all programs - (program) right click on the program and pin to start menu

    In practice, I have a link that executes the following command:
    Code:
    "C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -config "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\UltraVNC\Pluto_port_xxxx.vnc" -password "xxxxxxxxxx"
    and I should put it in the left panel at the top of the Start menu for all users.

    So, how do I do this?

    Create a shortcut on desktop> Drag to start button> When start menu opens drag to list

    It will not be pinned though
