Theme Win explorer buttons with Style Builder?

Using the Windows 7 style builder and applying, the windows explorer toolbar thingy or buttons change back to an old blocky look, and many of the lines separating the folders and their titles disappear. Is there a way to fix this? The left side of the image below shows the blockiness after I apply the theme and the right is what I want. The right side only seems to work when I 'Test' the style using win7 style builder 1.5. I have also included the .msstyles file in case anyone wants to figure out why or how to fix the button blockiness

I just tested it and installed it and it looks fine to me.
First thing I would do is create a new theme folder and put your .msstyles in it I would also create a new .theme file at the same time, look at Post #38 Here it will show you how.

This is using Test in Windows style builder.
