    Folder customization.

I remmeber those execellent days with windows 98, ME & 2000, where folder customization was the best, for e.g. right click on any folder and click on customize this folder, like for each folder i use to keep different background, use to change the font size/style, font colour for folders/icons. it was amazing, whatever settings i want, i use to do it in folder.htt, which use to be seperate for each folder. for e.g. with windows 98, 2000 & me, if you select a video on the explorer, it use to show you the preview on left side in task pane. Here in windows 7 we have 5 folder templates already created by default, like General, Music, Videos, Documents, etc. I just want to know how to add my custom created template in that list or edit one of those 5 folder templates. for e.g. for my mp3 file's folder, i use to make mp3's play automaitcally as soon as they use to get selected, like its in todays fedora/linux. The main purpose to create a new or edit one of these templates is because, if i get to edit one of them, i get to customize the folder according to my wish, i can also put a password block as well, so nobody can enter my folder, unless people using dos or command prompt. I use to do this in windows 98, 2000, me. That is why, i use to loved those operating system. It was something which was handy, cuz if you see password protector/folder lockers these days, it takes alot of time, to get their work done, only if your folder has too much of data and huge in size, plus eats additional memory cuz it runs in tray/background. so using folder.htt, memory wont be used with background activities, every folder can have different password, different background, complete different customization, plus doesnt takes time at all, like it does in zip, rar, compress the data, or use stupid software like folder lock, which actually changes/compresses the folder and puts a lock, anybody would prefer a quick and clean html just like website password prompt instead. So any help would be appriciated. What i need help is locating these templates, adding 1 of my own to the list. Rest ill create the templates, so i can use, maybe also upload, if anybody needs it.

    thx in advance.

Below how it use to be in windows me, 98, 2000.

I also checked this folder for those 5 templates, its empty

    C:\Users\both user directories\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Templates

PLEASE MICROSOFT IM BIG FAN OF YOURS, ALSO TAKE THIS AS A SUGGESTION INTO WINDOWS 8...

    98 was so easy...
