    Classic Shell installation Problems

I downloaded the Classic Shell... for Windows 7

When I attempted to Install it... It came back with an error.

    Is said could not initiate....xx.xx.xx.32

So... I am running 64 bit.... does the 32 in the download title signify 32 bit??

Do I need to download a 64 bit version..??

I do not claim to be super computer literate... and am guessing that is my error

    Thank You all for helping

When I checked here to see if I had a response ... there were 2 suggested downloads.

Figured they were posted by a super mod.... I began downloads.....

Only to discover they were paid for suggestions...

Still need answer to above if anybody knows

    Thanks

It shouldn't make any difference whether you're running 32-bit or 64-bit.

I suspect that your download may be corrupt or damaged/incomplete.

I have not had this issue before, on either machine, on either W7 or W8.
