Windows 7: How to disable auto organize start menu items

Hi guys, my problem it's very self explicative. In windows xP i could organize manually my start menu like kde, something like that:




now in windows 7 i can't mix icons and folders. Also, ever that i install a new program, my start menu it's auto organized, and i can't disable auto-organize, is very annoying. Some tips for fix my problem? thanks for your time, and please forgive my bad english.
