struggling to make it work well, the best i could do was with an online editor and it makes the image the same as archies.
if we reduce the number of frames in the eye, and make the sig slightly smaller would it then be in the file size restriction.

i uploaded a test on my sig and it works,
it may be that we have a bigger sig allowance but try this one anyway kandy and see if it works for you.

still needs a slight tweak, so i will sort it later, taking the kids out now.
That eye reminds me of something....hmmmm...oh I remember:

kandy , when you download the sig i posted did you click it first ,twice.
this will get it to show with the transparency and the animation.

if that fails to get it to show full and animated then try adding this url when you upload the sig, enter the url in the url field in the upload sig area...

i would say to hang fire as im about to make a couple of changes to it, but by all means try it as a test.

ok, i havent resized this as i want to see if its a problem in the upload, im going to add it as my sig to test but this is the final version, now just to get it working.

edit, ok im going to leave the sig on for a bit to show it works,
    its not resized still 650 x 150.
    so thats something we learned.
when you come to saving the image ,click on it first so it opens in a separate tab then save the image,
    then just add it normally.
thats what i did and its fine.

as i mentioned earlier, when youve been here a bit you get to have a bigger sig, so that may be something to do with it, if so i can have a word with john or shawn to see if we can do something about it
