Although I like the outcome and overall look, I do think that it's kind of a busy sig.. I think I got a little caught up in it

it looks fine nommy, though i would like to see how it looks without the background,
possibly it wont show the smoke very well on a white forum skin, so the dark background is needed.
i use a dark sf skin and some sigs leap out on it.

I wondered the same Julian, but since about 90% of all users use the standard skin I ended up going with a background anyway..
If there were a way to make both the smoke and the X of GFX appear on the standard skin, I'd use it this instant:)

They look great Stefan.

thought i would do a quick one whilst trying out some filters.

seen as i now have my gfx wings a new sig seemed appropriate.

i nicked the original wings from thomson airways but after filtering etc they barely resemble them.

Wings are good!!
