Program to completely dim screen, but still usable (like mac)

Hello everyone! I have a laptop running a program utilizing only the keyboard and mouse to control a desktop. I was wondering if there was a program out there that can dim my laptop's screen so it's completely black, but still usable, much like the brightness functionality of the Mac where you can completely dim the screen using a button. It's annoying having to see my laptop's screen while using it as a keyboard for my desktop. I'm looking for a program preferably where you can just press a hotkey or combination of buttons to turn the screen back on.

Also, I'm not looking for a program that can "almost" dim the screen to where I can still see things. I already have many programs like that.

Thanks for your help, guys. It's my first post/thread
