Navigation Pane Customizer Error

This use to always work for me. Now it gives me an error code. Does anybody know what the error could be?

Yeah, I've done both before.

Hum might be a bit too curly for me Zevoxa but from the thumbnail it does look like something might have got at your registry but I am no expert.

I suppose running a rootkit sweep wouldn't do any harm probably the Kaspersky one is as good as any.

Well the program "navigation pane customizer" kind of worked. It worked like I wanted it too, but now when I go to save a file or photo, the window looks like this (picture) what do I do to fix this?
