Custom Windows 7 Wallpapers [continued]

The reason I ask is, back in the 2000 days, my brother was able to change that load screen, so I was wondering if you still could.

It doesn't even appears on my compute

it loads 1% of the pic and then it stops

( the pic of windows orb when computer starts)
