Have a look at the tutorial section for lots of different add/remove context threads like this one
New Context Menu - Remove & Restore Default Menu Items

    Hello SB,

I would strongly recommend that you create a restore point before just deleting stuff in the registry like that. One mistake could leave you having to reinstall Windows 7 unless you have a restore point to do a system restore with.

Exactly what items are you trying to remove from what context menus?

For items added by programs, you might check the program's settings to see if there may be an option to remove it's context menu items. Of course, uninstalling the program should remove them as well.

Hope this may help some for now, :)

You can also adjust context items with CCleaner (in the Startup section). Just in case you haven't tried that already. It is safe and easy that way.
