Help on changing the e

How do I change the look of the explorer's toolbar? I installed a theme and it looks hideous when I hover to it. I want to change the color and the hover button. Could anyone help me?

I'm not sure if it looks that way because I didn't replace the shell32 and explorerframe (because my icons for adobe and microsoft gets screwed)

Taskbar on Bottom or Left ?
