Remove personal folder from Start menu

After customizing my start menu, the last step i want to make is to hide the personal folder link from the Start menu, the one that is above the user picture not the one in the desktop. Any ideas?

Solved, finally found the right key:

Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Create a new REG_DWORD value named Start_ShowUser under this key and assign it the value 0.
When the user next logs on, the user's root profile folder will not be shown on the Start menu.

Personalize Start Menu to have link to Personal Folder?
I am sure there is a way, but I never really heard of one. Like in start menu, you have "user", "Documents", "music", etc... Is there a way to possibly rename one of those folders, and link it to a different location, that is your own personal folder? Just thought thatd be cool.
