    Changing Icons

In Windows 7, when you hover over and I con on the desktop, it has a shadow, like a box around it. But in windows xp/95, there isn't that shadow. This is sort of what I'm talking about...

    Windows 7:

    Windows XP:

See, there is no box when I'm on the classic theme. But here is the thing, I know how to make it so there is no shadow, but I have the windows xp theme, and if I try and switch the icons so there is no shadow, the whole theme gets messed up. Is there a way I can do this without changing the theme?

I'm using a Luna theme, it makes your computer look like windows xp. But when I go to that them, it has that icon shadow when you hover over the icon, but in the windows classic theme, it doesn't do that.

I am a little confused, first you say it's a box when you hover over the icon and now you are saying it's an icon shadow.
Can you provide a better screenshot showing what the problem is I don't see it in your first two screenshots.

I understand now it's what I showed you in post #2.

Post a link to the Luna theme you are using and I can download it and tell you the image numbers so you can edit the .msstyles.

I am so confused, I've been picking at this for a few weeks and I don't get it. I open it with Restorator, but the only files I see are MUI, String, and Version. None of them have the hoover and selected stuff....
